October 2006: NBA legend Moses Malone at a local charity golf event. Malone passed away in 2015.

 

December 2011: A rabid Rainbow Warrior fan before the UH-BYU game at Aloha Stadium.

 

August 2006: Web Editor Lance Tominaga joined ESPN Honolulu in August 2006. His first assignment? Shoot a bikini contest at Moose McGillyCuddy’s!

 

December 2014: Former ESPN Honolulu account executive Kurt Zwald returns to his old stomping grounds to visit ESPN Honolulu’s Matt Apana – and to show off his World Series championship ring! Kurt is Director of Business Development for the Boston Red Sox.
