It’s a long way from Madona, Latvia to Honolulu. You don’t have to explain that to University of Hawaii men’s basketball player Zigmars Raimo. The 6-9 forward readily admits he struggled to find his place on the team as a freshman, but he worked to develop his body and game to become one of the team’s most dependable performers.
