Submit your favorite photo of yourself in a costume (nothing offensive or risqué, please) and you’ll qualify to win some fabulous prizes, including a fantastic grand prize: a Neighbor Island getaway to Kauai at Castle Resorts & Hotels’ award-winning The ISO, with dinner for two at the Bull Shed Restaurant!
