In our younger days, my old buddies and I would spend countless hours at our favorite pool halls – anybody remember Holiday Cue on Kaheka Street or Hustler in Aiea? – playing eight ball, nine ball, cutthroat, progression, etc. And every once in a while, to break the monotony, we’d play a variation of the basketball game of H-O-R-S-E, except with billiard shots instead of hoops shots. We thought we had a pretty impressive repertoire of clever shots, but it turns out it was all child’s play compared to the amazing things we see today. Check out these incredible pool plays:
