After a slow start in the first quarter, only scoring two points, the HBA Eagle’s offense got hot. A 15-3 scoring difference between the two teams was the difference maker and led to the Eagle’s win over Sacred Hearts for the 2022 HHSAA DII Girls Basketball State Championship Title!! HBA’s Joey Lin, the tournament’s Most Outstanding Player, scored a game-high 12 points and also led the Eagles with 9 rebounds. The Lancer’s KalysaMarie Ng amassed a team-high 10 points.
