The University of Hawaii Women’s basketball team advanced to the Big West Tournament championship game today with a 69-55 win over UC Riverside. Senior Amy Atwell recorded 17 points and 11 rebounds by halftime and tacked on an extra four points in the second half.

The top-seeded Rainbow Wahine will take on No. 2-seed UC Irvine tomorrow at 3:00 p.m. Hawaii Time. The Anteaters beat UC Davis, 84-75, this afternoon to reach the tournament final. ESPN Honolulu will bring you the game, with Bobby Curran calling the action.
