Fans and supporters maxed out the 9,346 capacity at the Clarence T.C. Ching Athletic Complex last night for the first Hawaii Football game of the 2022 season against Vanderbilt. The experience for the fans mimicked Island Day which was Hawaii’s Spring Game event.
The Green, a reggae band, hosted a free concert for fans at the Stan Sheriff before the game while a kids play area was set up at the Les Murakami. Food trucks and vendors filled the corners of the end-zones and rounded out the experience for fans.
