As of Wednesday, December 7, over 1,000 FBS players have entered the transfer portal including a few from the University of Hawaii. This week on Hawaii Football Now, Jordan Helle and Hunter Hughes get to chat with University of Hawaii Running Back, Dedrick Parson who came through the transfer portal from Howard University to Hawaii and was able to make a huge difference for the Rainbow Warriors in his last two years.
In his senior season, Dedrick was a staple in Hawaii’s backfield, leading the team with 830 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns. Dedrick chats with Jordan and Hunter about his plans to continue to play at the next level and how his two years at the University of Hawaii has helped to prepare him.
