Giannis Antetokounmpo may or may not be the best player in the NBA – LeBron James has to be in that conversation – but the “Greek Freak” is certainly the odds-on favorite to win league MVP honors for the second consecutive year. Now in his seventh campaign, the 6-11 forward for the Milwaukee Bucks is having his best season yet, averaging 29.6 points, 13.7 rebounds and 5.8 assists per game. He’s also shooting .589 from the floor. Let’s take a moment to recognize the special season that Antetokounmpo is having – a season that will be even more special if he can lead the Bucks to the NBA championship.
