November 21, 2015: The Bows closed out a gnarly road trip by playing their fourth match in seven days. From NorCal (UC Davis) back to SoCal (UC Irvine) and then to the Central Coast (Cal Poly, UC Santa Barbara). It also just happened to be the conference finale for UH as well. The eighth-ranked Bows brought their perfect 15-0 Big West Conference record to Goleta, California for a match at The Thunderdome against UC Santa Barbara. Nikki Taylor led UH with 11 kills, seven digs and three blocks, Emily Maglio had 10 kills on 15 errorless swings to hit .769 as Hawai`i swept the Gauchos (25-16, 25-21, 25-19). Tayler Higgins had 33 assists and Savanah Kahakai led the defensive effort with a match-high 14 digs. 16 Big West matches, 16 Big West wins and UH lost just a total of six sets. For the 15th time in program history, UH went undefeated for a conference season. It was their fourth time to do so as a member of the Big West Conference and their second time to do this since they rejoined the conference prior to the beginning of the 2012 season.
