In their first match in program history, Edward Waters University got swept by the No. 1-ranked and defending national champion Rainbow Warriors volleyball team. Spyros Chakas and Kana‘i Akana led the team in its offensive onslaught with 6 kills each. Jakob Thelle had a team-high 20 assists and 5 service aces. Alaka‘i Todd and Max Rosenfeld led the team in blocks with 4 and 3 respectively.

The 2022 Bows will play an alumni game on Jan. 21 at 6:30 p.m. at SimpliFi Arena at Stan Sheriff Center. Thereafter, the Bows will not play at home for the next two weeks when they take on Long Island University on Feb. 8.
