University of Hawaii cheerleaders Kat Koch and Karlee Shay will be our featured guests on tomorrow’s ESPN Honolulu “Fan Friday: Talk Story” session. Hosted by Dave Kawada, the Zoom interview will be available for viewing starting at 10:00 a.m. on our ESPN Honolulu Facebook page.

Kat is a sophomore from Scotch Plains, New Jersey. Karlee, also a sophomore, hails from Cincinnati, Ohio. In this 20-minute conversation, the two student-athletes talk about their starts in cheerleading, their experiences in Hawaii, and the challenges of performing for the fans while still excelling in the classroom.
