Tonight: “Call the Coach”

Join us tonight for the return of our IN-PERSON “Call the Coach” show with University of Hawaii men’s basketball head coach Eran Ganot. The show is set for 6:30 p.m. at Ruby Tuesday at the Moanalua Shopping Center.

The Rainbow Warriors are currently 9-4 in the Big West Conference (15-9 overall) and in sole possession of third place – a full game behind co-leaders Long Beach State and Cal State Fullerton. The team will wrap up the regular season this week with road games against UC Santa Barbara and CSUN. Hawaii will then prepare for the Big West Tournament in Las Vegas.

Some questions to ask Coach Ganot this evening:

♦ What is the status of starting forward Kamaka Hepa, who exited Saturday night’s game with an ankle injury?

♦ With leading scorer Noel Coleman out for the remainder of the season with an eye injury, how does that affect the playing rotation?

♦ What are the chances of senior forward Jerome Desrosiers being granted an extra year of eligibility?

♦ How has this team been able to deal with so much adversity during the season?

♦ What positions are you going to focus on in recruiting for next season?

This should be a fun hour of Rainbow Warrior basketball talk. See you there!
