The 2022 University of Hawaii Baseball Team “partied at the Les” one last time and closed out their historical season as the first team in school history to finish with a record above .500. The Rainbow Warriors improved their season record to 28-24 and conference record to 19-11 with yesterday’s win over Cal Poly, 6-4; the ‘Bows end the season in 3rd.
Yesterday, the team also honored five seniors– Andy Archer, Cole Cabrera, Buddie Pindel, Scotty Scott, and Matt Wong. And to them, our ESPN Honolulu Team says mahalo. From staying after games and greeting fans to giving their 100% on the field, you’ve helped to reinstate the baseball community and bring back the energy after a few years of COVID-19 seasons.
