Roman Gabriel scored a game-high 17 points, Lauvai Pine added 12 points and Timothy Dorn contributed 10 points as the Trojans remained unbeaten at 4-0.
Mililani led 16-14 after one period, 32-25 at halftime and 47-31 going into the fourth.
The Trojans opened the second half with a 10-2 run capped by Pine’s putback, and a 3-pointer by Dorn from the left wing pushed the lead to 47-30 with two minutes remaining in the third period.
Gavin Pommerenk led Na Menehune with 14 points.
