Kapaʻa stays perfect and Mililani dominates as both teams win their divisionʻs state tournament with a mercy rule. On this episode of Road To The Ship, presented by Hawaiian Financial Federal Credit Union, we recap the semi-final and championship games in the 2024 HHSAA DI and DII Softball State Tournament.

Kapaʻa takes down the defending DII state champs, Pac-5 with help from the second baseman Rhea Furtado who went 3-for-4 including a grand slam.

Mililani scored thirteen unanswered runs in the fourth and fifth innings. Center-fielder Sunni Kahanu was lights out at the plate, hitting a solo homerun and a grand slam!
