Damien secured a 26-21 victory over Roosevelt behind a strong performance from quarterback Alani Tuifua, who threw for two touchdowns and added another on the ground. Roosevelt fought back in the second half with scores from Kai Kobayashi and Isaiah Nakamura, cutting the deficit to five. But Damien’s Jonah Wong sealed the win with a 17-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter.
