Celtics point guard Malcolm Brogdon plans to play in Monday night’s Game 7, a source told ESPN Andscape’s Marc J. Spears. Brogdon, this season’s Sixth Man of the Year, missed Game 6 with an elbow injury.
Michael Malone said the Nuggets have been focusing on themselves for the past few practices but will begin to shift to preparing for either the Heat or Celtics in the coming days.
The A’s have designated first baseman Jesus Aguilar for assignment. The 32-year-old former All-Star is batting .221 with five homers and nine RBIs this season.
