Reigning heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk has joined a territorial defense battalion in Ukraine. He follows fellow boxers Vasiliy Lomachenko and Vitali and Wladimir Klitschko in defending the country from Russia’s invasion.

NHL condemns Russia’s actions, urges ‘resolution’

In a press release on Monday, the NHL outlined measures it has put in place as a reprimand for Russia’s actions in its ongoing invasion of Ukraine, and in doing so, the league said it is “suspending our relationships with our business partners in Russia.”
