‘Bows Close Home Slate with 67-49 Win

The University of Hawai‘i women’s basketball team closed out its home schedule with a 67-49 win over Cal State Fullerton on Senior Night at Bankoh Arena.

Imani Perez, Saniyah Neverson and Izzy Forsyth helped power the victory in their final game in Mānoa, combining for six of UH’s nine 3-pointers. Neverson led the trio with 12 points, seven rebounds and a career-high four assists, while Perez and Forsyth each knocked down two triples.

The Rainbow Wahine extended their winning streak to six games and improved to 18-10 overall and 12-6 in Big West play, moving into a tie for fourth place in the standings.

UH now heads out for its final regular-season road trip, beginning at UC Riverside on March 5 and closing at Long Beach State on March 7 before traveling to Las Vegas for the Big West Championships.
