Rainbow Wahine Turn to Khalilah Mitchell as Head Coach
Khalilah Mitchell has been named head coach of the University of Hawai‘i Rainbow Wahine basketball program, stepping into the role after seven seasons as an assistant. A key figure in UH’s recent Big West success, Mitchell helped guide the ‘Bows to multiple conference titles and postseason appearances. She takes over following the retirement of longtime head coach Laura Beeman and will lead the program into its next chapter, including the upcoming transition to the Mountain West.
