Behind Arceneaux’s Dominant Night, ‘Iolani Regains State Throne

After falling to the Kamehameha Warriors a year ago, the ‘Iolani Raiders reclaimed the state crown, sweeping the Kahuku Red Raiders to capture their fifth state championship in program history.

Sophomore middle blocker Elle Arceneaux led the charge for ‘Iolani (17-1, 11-1 ILH), posting 10 kills and three block assists while coming up clutch in key moments to help secure the title. Her performance earned her OC16 Player of the Game honors.
